We're thrilled to have you at the Prismique Network.

These Terms & Conditions outline what it takes for the success of our partnership. Please take a moment to read them carefully.

By signing up to the Prismique Network you're agreeing to abide by these terms.

1.1. We'll need some information from you when you sign up for the Prismique Network. Please fill out the required fields in the sign-up form accurately and completely.

1.2. We accept businesses and individuals from anywhere in the world, but bear in mind that accounts are not transferrable: signing up as a company you do not represent, using another person's data and sharing your account are all grounds for termination from the network and cancellation of commissions.

1.2. It's important that the information you provide is true and correct. Providing false, incomplete or misleading details could disqualify you from receiving commissions, even if you were initially approved to join the network.

2.1. Once you're part of the Prismique Network, you'll have the ability to view our offers, generate tracking links, and download promotional materials. If you have questions or need guidance, feel free to reach out to your Affiliate Manager or our support team at support@prismique.com.

2.2. You'll notice that our offers come with different visibility levels — Public, Require Approval, and Private. This helps us tailor our partnerships and ensures that you're promoting offers that align with your expertise.

2.3. Commissions are only valid when generated through your unique tracking links using Prismique's tracking systems.

2.4. Please adhere to each offer's guidelines, like accepted traffic types, promotional methods, and targeting restrictions. Not doing so can lead to delays or cancellations of your commissions.

3.1. We accept a variety of traffic types including content, display banners, email, native, push, search, SMS, social, and surveys. Some offers may specify additional accepted traffic types.

3.2. We're very strict about certain kinds of traffic. Please steer clear of bot, adult, adware, spyware, and toolbar traffic when promoting our offers.

3.3. For pop traffic, we ask that you include a prelander before directing users to the final Prismique offer. Not doing so will create grounds for disqualification and you could be banned from the network.

3.4. Some offers accept incentivized traffic. If that is the case, this will be clearly stated in the offer description. No mention of incent traffic means incent traffic is not allowed. Make sure you read each offer's details carefully.

4.1. Quality over quantity is our mantra. Please use reputable and high-quality promotional methods at all times.

4.2. Make use of the tracking links and/or scripts we provide for your promotions. These are the keys to ensuring you get credited for your hard work.

4.3. We often offer approved creative materials for your promotions. Stick to these and you’ll be golden. If creatives are provided, any deviation needs to be discussed with your Affiliate Manager.

4.4. We can't stress this enough: fraudulent, misleading, or scam-like tactics are a big no-no and may result in immediate termination from the network, along with cancellation of any previously-approved commissions.

5.1. By default, we confirm commissions twice a month, for the periods of 1-15 and 16-31.

5.2. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to confirm your commissions. You'll receive a self-billing invoice from us in your chosen currency (USD or EUR) once everything is approved.

5.3. Some affiliates may qualify for a custom confirmation window based on their performance. You'll be notified if this applies to you.

5.4. Occasionally, specific offers may require a different confirmation window. This will be clearly outlined in the offer's terms, so make sure to read those carefully.

6.1. We hope it doesn't come to this, but sometimes adjustments need to be made. If any issues arise—like not following an offer's guidelines—we reserve the right to adjust your commissions. This could happen even after a commission has been confirmed, so it's crucial to play by the rules.

7.1. When you first join, you'll be on our NET15 payment schedule. This means you'll receive your earnings within 15 days from the end of each accounting period.

7.2. The minimum payout amount is 300 EUR or the equivalent in other currencies. If you don't reach this, don't worry—your earnings will roll over to the next period automatically.

7.3. Some affiliates, based on their performance, may qualify for special payment terms. Feel free to reach out to know if you're eligible.

7.4. Just like with commission confirmation, specific offers might have different payment terms. Make sure to check each offer's details so there are no surprises.

8.1. Currently, we offer the possibility to have your payouts via bank transfer (ACH or wire) or cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20). We'll always notify network partners if new payment methods are made available.

9.1. If we need to change an offer you're already promoting, we'll let you know as soon as possible. These changes will be effective within 24 hours of the notification. If necessary, we may redirect your traffic to a similar offer to mitigate any risks.

10.1. We offer our Affiliates the ability to refer a fellow publisher to our network in exchange for a percentage of their earnings. You can find your partner referral link under "My Account" inside our Platform.

10.2. Successful referrals are entitled to a 5% commission over the payouts submitted to a referred account, calculated and added automatically to the referrer's next invoice, over the course of 180 (one-hundred and eighty) days from the referral's signup date.

10.3. Both you and your referral need to be registered as an individual with Prismique to be eligible to commissions. We reserve the right to verify the identity of both the referrer and referred partners in order to deem the referral valid and ensure fairness in the program.

11.1. The responsibilities and rights outlined in this agreement are exclusively yours. They can't be transferred, resold, or passed on to third parties. And remember, you're financially liable for any issues that arise from not adhering to these terms.

12.1. The world is ever-changing, and so are these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be communicated in writing and will become effective once published. It's a good idea to periodically review this document to stay current.
